The Sebastian and Port Malabar branches are now open for drive–thru services on Saturdays, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Limited loan and account services will also be available on Saturdays by previously–set appointment only.
The Vero Beach-Ryanwood Shopping Center branch hours are now extended to: Monday–Thursday 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m

Health Savings Accounts Now Available!
For members covered under a High Deductible Health plan, SCCU now offers Health Savings Accounts! A Health Savings Account (or HSA) is a tax–advantaged savings account designed to help individuals who have high deductible health plans save for future, qualified medical expenses.
New! External Account Transfers Now Available!
This new feature within Online Banking provides you with the ability to "link" your accounts at other financial institutions to SCCU. Now you can transfer funds easily and securely between your SCCU accounts and your accounts at other U.S. financial institutions using Online Banking. Get started today!

SCCU Serves Members’ Best Interest, Banks Unhappy
The Daytona Beach News Journal reported on SCCU’s new Commercial Real Estate Rebates, and according to the article, bankers aren’t happy. It’s no surprise that the Florida Banker's Association feels it necessary to bash Credit Unions and misrepresent credit unions as not paying their fair share in taxes; we work for our members, not for profits, which results in a price benefit to business members. Credit Union Enhances Commercial Real Estate Business
Local newspaper, Florida Today, reported on SCCU's innovative program offering members a 20% Broker commission rebate on Commercial Real Estate purchase and lease transactions. "To be eligible for the rebate, the business member must contact the credit union before entering into any relationship or agreement with a broker." writes Wayne T. CREDIT UNION’S INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES GIVES LOCAL BUSINESSES NEW OPTIONS – Exclusive concept benefits both lease and purchase customers – Space Coast Credit Union announced that it has further enhanced its Commercial Real Estate services with the addition of a Commercial Real Estate Rebate option. With this new offering, the credit union’s business members can receive a rebate equal to 20% of the commission earned by a broker for a lease or purchase transaction.
