Real Estate Rebate Program

SCCU's exclusive Real Estate Rebate Program saves you money on real estate closing costs and provides the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you are working with a fully qualified REALTOR® in your area.

SCCU has developed a network of licensed real estate professionals who have agreed to refund a portion of their commission to you, our member, at closing. Based on the amount of your home purchase, you will receive a rebate of up to $5,000† by working with a participating agent from our Platinum REALTOR® Network*.

When you enroll in the Program, SCCU will provide you with a mortgage pre-approval** and a list of participating agents. Simply contact the participating REALTOR® you prefer to find your new home. Since your mortgage will already be pre-approved, the closing process will be much easier. We can close on your purchase in 8-10 days.

SCCU's Platinum REALTORS® offer full-service representation throughout the entire home-buying process, as well as a substantial rebate at closing. Since the rebate amount is fixed, you know exactly how much you will save!

Enroll in the Rebate Program
Your SCCU Loan Officer will complete your enrollment form and provide you with a list of REALTORS®. If you are applying online, please click here after you receive your mortgage pre-approval, and complete the enrollment form using the application code provided with your mortgage pre-approval. You will receive your list immediately after submitting your online form.
