Setting up my account was very impersonal and rather disconcerting. When you are in the credit union in person, it's very impersonal to be sent to a bank of phones to provide very personal information. Further, that those phones are not enclosed and EVERYONE in the bank can hear your conversation, it is a very poor approach, especially if this is the customer's first interaction with the credit union. In today's age of identity theft, I'm very surprised that you make your customers provide their social security number, etc. in this fashion.

As a member I have never had any "problem" not be resolved quickly and efficiently! Unlike dealing with a bank I feel like I am the president of the Credit Union and get the respect and courtesy that should be afforded to everyone. I do have an issue with the manner in which the statements are laid out. They are very hard to read; deciphering which amount goes with which line item is difficult. Either changing the layout, or adding grid-lines to section off each transaction would be extremely helpful.
