Internet Explorer 6.0 and Newer - Disabling the Pop-up Blocker in XP

Open Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
To allow pop-up for SCCU, type the address https://olb.sccu.com in the Address of Web site to allow box, and then click Add and Close.
