Important Alert:
Please be aware of this latest e-mail 'phishing' scam. Should you receive this e-mail, which indicates this unidentified “Credit Union” will ask you for your personal or account information, DO NOT RESPOND or click on any of the links in the Email. This Email is fraudulent!

Credit Union is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening the accounts in our system. We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information to help us provide you with secure service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon
as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
* We would like to ensure that your account was not accessed by an unauthorized third party. Because protecting the security of your
account is our primary concern, we have limited access to sensitive Credit Union account features. We understand that this may be an inconvenience but please understand that this temporary limitation is
for your protection.

Please confirm your identity here: Restore My Online Banking and complete the "Steps to Remove Limitations."

Using caution with your private information is the best way you can help prevent being victimized. Visit our Fraud Section page for additional tips to help protect yourself against identity theft.

Top Fraud Tips
Make sure SCCU has your current contact information, including daytime phone number.  To verify your information, log on to Online Banking.  Click on the “Additional Services” tab.  Open the “Personal Information” box.  Make any updates and submit.
 

NEVER respond to emails or phone calls asking for account numbers or other personal information.

 
Do not put your Social Security or Driver’s License number on your checks.
 
Eliminate personal information from your mailbox by cancelling your paper statements. Log on to Online Banking
 
Always review your monthly statements.  Report any suspicious charges or activity.  View statements online
