Member Surveys: Why and how we ask for your opinion
In order to capture member opinions and feedback, SCCU conducts surveys. We deliver survey opportunities to you through email, via phone, and occasionally through Online Banking or the mail.
Depending on the survey, your rating of our product/service and your review may be made available to fellow SCCU members to view on SCCU.com. This is an important part of our SCCU Members' Watchdog philosophy as it allows other SCCU members to make decisions about credit union products and services based on real feedback from the fellow members.
Only members who have used a particular service or product are invited to submit ratings and reviews.
- Email: You will receive an email that includes a link to an online survey. Please make sure we have your current email address on file. Learn how here.
- Phone: When you call our Express Sales or Member Service Center, you may be asked to stay on the line to complete a brief survey.
- Online Banking: Occasionally you may see a survey notice when you log on to SCCU's Online Banking service.
- Mail: Mailed surveys will include directions to a web URL where members can complete their surveys.
Please add the following address to your list of approved senders so your survey invitation won't be delivered to your Junk Mail box: sccusurveys@sccu.com.
SCCU utilizes online survey tools to conduct many of our surveys. Links used within our email are coded to help track email statistics used to help refine our messages to reach the most number of members. Links within survey invitation emails will direct you to SCCU.com web pages or to pages of other approved survey providers in order to complete your survey. At no time will we ask for your account number or other account identifying information. If you do not wish to participate, you are not obligated to do so. If you would like to be excluded from future surveys, please email sccusurveys@sccu.com.
