It has been a very busy 2007 so far here at Space Coast Credit Union. We realize that we must earn your business with every interaction, so we continue to strive to be the best financial institution in town and deliver service in a convenient, fast and accurate manner.

We have implemented many new features, conveniences and products:

• 24-Hour Member Service Center:  We are very pleased to announce that our Member Service Center is now available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you work the late shift, are up early or just need help at non-traditional hours, we are here to help you.  Simply dial the main number and press option 5.
  
  
• No Closing Cost Home Equity Loans:  We have launched a new home equity product that has NO application fee and NO closing costs.  All you have to do is call Express Services to apply in just 4 minutes – with one-day closings.
  
  
• Enhanced Account Alerts:  We have improved account alerts to help you better monitor the activity on your account.  You may sign up to watch for a direct deposit, a transaction amount, a particular balance or other activity.  If any of the selected activities occur, we will send an e-mail to the address you provide.
  
  
• FREE Online Bill Payer:  We have eliminated the monthly charge for all members so you can pay anyone from one convenient, secure place.  Simply log on to Online Banking, select “Pay Bills” and follow the step-by-step instructions.  Thousands of our members enjoy this service.  Give it a try now, while your payment enters you in a drawing to win prizes!
  
  
• Electronic Notices:  We send you notices from time to time to provide you with specific information about your account.  Now, you can receive these notices via e-mail and eliminate the wait for traditional mail.  You will receive an e-mail that an account notice is waiting for you, which you can retrieve by logging on to Online Banking.
  
  
• Sebastian Branch: Our new full-service branch near the intersection of 510 and 512 (close to Sebastian High School) is now open and ready to serve you with full lobby services, drive-thru services, and safe deposit boxes.
  

Here are just a few highlights of what is coming over the next few months:

• Money Transfer:  Soon, you will be able to transfer money from SCCU to or from another financial institution from within Online Banking. 
  
  
• New Debit Card Designs:  In May, we will be launching 14 new, exclusive debit card designs, giving you a total selection of 21 styles!  Themes include education, medical, firefighter, police, military and many other designs. Visit the checking account section at SCCU.com to view all styles and order your new card.  
  
  
• Debit Rewards Program:  Beginning in May, we are launching a new debit rewards program which will allow you to earn points on purchases you make with your Visa® debit card.  These points will be able to be redeemed for merchandise or travel.  All members with a debit card will automatically be enrolled in this program.  All you have to do is sign for your purchases instead of using your PIN.  We will teach you how to easily “skip the PIN” and sign for your purchases to earn points.
  
  
• Balance Alert:  Soon, you will be able to sign up for a balance alert that will be sent daily at 8 a.m. (with the account number masked) to the e-mail address you provide.
