Space Coast Credit Union is seeking student writers interested in submitting articles for publication in Prosperity Squared, SCCU's online newsletter for young adult members ages 13 to 21. Our monthly newsletter provides very practical information on how to manage your personal finances, make smart spending decisions, and offers fun money facts and trivia. Enter the Money Quiz Contest included in each issue for a chance to win a cash prize!

We give preference to articles that have a financial slant to them. For example, the importance of maintaining good credit, controlling your spending, buying your first car, establishing a budget, etc.).

We will also consider articles on character issues such as responsibility, careers, education, and how to balance schoolwork and a part-time job. Space Coast Credit Union wants to help its student members succeed in finances and in life, so anything that falls within this broad framework would be considered for publication.

Articles should be 150 to 300 words in length, and must be submitted by the original author. All submitted articles are subject to editing and revision. If your article is published in Prosperity Squared, you'll receive a Prosperity Squared T-shirt, pocket folder and gift certificate to a variety of local eateries. Plus, you'll have a published article to include in your portfolio. You may also include a photo with your article.*
