BRANCH MEMBER SERVICE SPECIALISTS

SCCU has opportunities for individuals who enjoy and excel in customer service and retail sales as Branch Member Service Specialists. We seek individuals who are team players, creative, curious, and adaptable. We offer the most comprehensive training in the industry.

As a Member Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional member service on a wide variety of deposit and loan transactions including:

• New account processing and loan closing
• Effectively assess members' needs and make appropriate referrals for SCCU products and services
• Resolve member issues and address member questions accurately and in a timely manner

We offer a very competitive base pay AND you will have the opportunity to earn additional pay for product referrals.

Branches are typically open from 8am-6pm but schedules vary by branch. You must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months prior experience in a customer service and/or sales role, including some cash handling
• Knowledge of basic computer & mathematics skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in sales/referrals
• Organized and ability to multi-task
