Choose from a wide range of enhanced text, push*, or email alerts delivered right to your mobile device.

Be aware of changes to your account, know when a deposit or payment has posted, and even help prevent late fees or overdraft charges by knowing how much money you have available with these enhanced mobile alerts:

Low Balance Receive an alert any time a transaction causes your selected account(s) balance to be less than the predetermined value you choose
Statement Available Receive an alert when your monthly account statement has been posted within SCCU Online Banking service
Deposit Confirmation Receive an alert any time a deposit is made to your account, including branch deposits, direct deposits, checks deposited at the ATM, etc. Alert includes details about the transaction and amount of the transaction
Account Fee Posted Receive an alert any time an account fee (such as an overdraft fee) is posted to your account. Alert includes details about the transaction and amount of the transaction
Daily Checking Balance Receive an alert each morning showing the balance for all of your checking accounts
Transaction Limit Exceeded Receive an alert any time a withdrawal or transaction amount exceeds the predetermined value you choose. Alert includes details about the transaction and amount of the transaction
Transaction Posted Receive an alert any time a transaction/withdrawal posts to your account. Alert includes details about the transaction and amount of the transaction
Electronic/Paper Check Cleared Receive an alert any time a check clears your account. Alert includes details about the check, including a description and check amount
Username Changed This security alert sends an alert any time your Online Banking/SCCU Mobile username changes
Password Changed This security alert sends an alert any time your Online Banking/SCCU Mobile password changes
Contact Information Changed This security alert sends an alert any time your Online Banking/SCCU Mobile contact information changes

  1. Login to SCCU Online Banking. Not enrolled in Online Banking? It's free! Just enroll online, stop by a branch, or call the Member Service Center to get started.
  2. Select the “Mobile & Alerts” Tab
  3. Click on “Mobile Alerts” and follow the instructions
