SCCU is pleased to make the following materials available to help you in your fundraising efforts:
Education Donation Program Poster and Brochure
Our full-color Education Donation program poster can be placed in the teacher's lounge or in the school office, or displayed at PTO meetings, to help raise awareness of this fundraising option. Brochures and a customizable classroom handout are also available. The handout is designed to work with the brochure to make it easy for parents to register teachers, coaches, and the PTO in the program.
Newsletter Articles
Your school's newsletter is an excellent way to communicate with parents about this program. A sample newsletter article is provided in .pdf format for you to publish. If you would like us to receive this document as a Word document, please contact us via email as noted below.
Classroom Handout
This handout should be inserted in the brochures you distribute in classrooms or at group meetings so that parents have the correct name and spelling of the teacher or group to be registered. If you would like SCCU to customize and print this handout for you, please request this when you order your brochures, and provide the information that parents will need to register you: Your school name, and the name of the teacher or group to be registered. We will send the same quantity as the number of brochures requested.
