PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

SCCU reserves the right to refuse any offer at our sole discretion. SCCU will not accept offers for businesses that solicit for sales/investment purposes as a primary business function. In order to protect members’ interests, businesses may be asked to furnish proof of stability. Offers must be measurable (i.e., 10% off a standard charge for a service can be checked against posted prices).

At this time, we do not accept offers for invasive medical services, dental services, legal services, or insurance sales. Non-invasive medical services, such as tooth whitening, will be considered.

In the case of a member complaint about a business or service rendered, SCCU reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the offer.
