session, you will be required to establish a Username and Password
of your choosing. You will use this to login instead of your account
number and 4-digit Call-24 PIN for all future sessions. Please follow
the instructions below.

Name
A valid Username is 6 to 16 characters in length and
consists of letters and numbers.
Tip: Select a Username that is not similar to your
password.
Set
Up Password
A valid
password is 8 to 12 characters in length and consists
of letters and numbers.
Tip: Select a password that is not similar to your
