Find it frustrating that when I've tried to get a CD over the phone I'm told I have to come in to do the paperwork. Sometimes the rates change between the time I call and when I get there.

I also opened a safety deposit box, however, the signature cards were not available - out of stock in the MI branch. I stopped by the next week to sign one as one of the representatives suggested and had to wait several minutes for them to find the green cards. They were exactly where they were supposed to be, I showed them...because the prior week this location was where the other representative had looked for them!

The person that opened my money market account was very cordial but I feel he didn't understand all the ramifications or else he was new. Required sevral trips to the branch when it could have been handled in one trip. More timely response needed. I opened my account 5/22 and didn't receive checks until 6/6 and couldn't access initial deposit of 12K until 6/4 even though the deposit was a cashiers check from local bank.

My experience with the person on the phone who initially signed me up, was excellent. My experience at the branch was so poor I almost left and didn't finish the process. When the lady took be back, she did not introduce herself to me. I had to introduce myself to her, and ask her name. I thought she was very unprofessional.

I beleive your paper checking account statements are in print that is too small for me to read. Also, the transactions are not easy to follow. I am used to something entirely different and was happier with the statments generated by my former bank..

I have been a member of the SCCU since 1967 -- 42 years. I am a member and have a say in the board of directors & can help shape policy & services. It doesn't get bought out by other companies and change its name all the time. Services, rates & product offerings are the best and are very competitive. Provide better hours for your walk-in services. The current hours give me the impression that SCCU is not in touch with the members. Other Credit unions that I have been a member of, provide lobby hours that cater to the members (i.e. lobby open till 6 pm.

I love the on line bill payment system the best. It makes paying my bills exceptionally easy. I'm not a big computer guy so I was afraid it would be difficult for me to set up and use. I have had an account with Space Coast for 18 or 19 years and have always been happy with them until lately when I got married and ask for new credit & debit cards which I didn't receive so I called again and this time they said they were sorry but would make sure I got them. Well, I didn't and I had to call today and they said they had never been ordered and that I should now receive them in & to 10 business days. I sure hope I get them this time as my debit card is in my old name and my license and other credit cards are in my new name and that doesn't go over very good in the stores.

I recently deposited a certified check of $55,000 from a bank to my money market account to be used for a cd. SSCU placed a 7 day hold on a certified check and would not budge on this, even tho it was staying with SCCU. Not very good for customer relations.
