Please remember that you can conduct many transactions and account inquiries by using Online Banking, CALL-24, or visiting any SCCU ATM.
Members with a HELOC Visa Credit Card

Members with a MasterCard Credit Card
No information about your MasterCard credit card account is available within CALL-24 or SCCU Online Banking. Learn more about the changes to your account access. Or, view your account using our Card Holder Services partner site.
Some things have changed, but many things remain the same:
- You can still use your EFFCU checks, debit cards, credit cards, and ATM cards. Learn more about this and other topics within our Frequently Asked Questions.
- You are still a member, not just a customer. You can continue to look to your expanded credit union as a trusted financial partner.
- You will still receive more free and low-cost services than you would from a bank.
- You will continue to see the same friendly faces you are used to.
So, what has changed?
- SCCU's Online Banking system will only display account history that occurs as of May 3, 2010. Transaction history for earlier time periods is available on your account statements. Click the "View Statements and Notices" link within SCCU Online Banking to view previous Eastern Financial statements from January 2009 through April 2010.
- As a member of the fully-combined credit union, you now have access to over 60 full-service branches, over 140 proprietary ATMs, a new Online Banking system, and an expanded selection of financial products and services.
- You can now also login to SCCU Online Banking from the top right side of any SCCU.com page, and use SCCU.com for information about our products and services, branch locations and hours, and contact information.
- Account numbers and descriptions have changed. Please read our special Conversion Connections issue and use the links below to learn more about what the systems conversion means for your converted Eastern Financial accounts at SCCU.

Changes referred to in this section and in the Welcome Book are for Eastern Financial division members only. Space Coast Credit Union division members will not receive a Welcome Book, as this is specifically for Eastern Financial division members.
