Using SCCU Online Banking
Getting Started with SCCU Online Banking
It's easy to get started. After systems conversion is complete on May3, 2010, log on to SCCU.com by entering the EFFCU Member Number and PIN you used to login to Eastern Financial Online Banking. Then, follow these easy tips to find your way around our site.
Important note about your online agreement: Effective May 3, 2010 the terms and conditions that govern your online services are presented in the SCCU.com Online Service Agreement; On or after May 3, 2010, you will be presented with the SCCU.com Online Banking Service Agreement and the Online Service E-Sign Disclosure and Consent when you log on to SCCU.com for the first time.
Account Activity
Before on EFFCU Online Banking, you viewed recent transactions by selecting "Account Access" in the left blue bar of the Online Banking page, then clicked on the account name and selected the account name and date range that you wanted to view.
Now on SCCU Online Banking, you will click on "Account Name" from the middle of the page or choose "Account Activity" in the top navigational blue bar and select the Account. Then select the date range you would like to view.
Statements
Before on EFFCU Online Banking, you could select online statements from the left tool bar or by selecting "Online Statements" in the top tool bar of the Online Banking page.
Now on SCCU Online Banking, you will click on "Accounts" and then "View Statements & Notices" from the top blue tool bar. Your accounts will be listed; select the month you would like to view by clicking on the drop down box.
Transfers
Before on EFFCU Online Banking, you transferred money by selecting "Account Transfer" from the top bar of the "Online Banking" page and then selected the account you wanted to transfer money from by using a drop down box and selected the account to send the money to in the drop down box.
Now on SCCU Online Banking, you can safely and conveniently transfer funds online between two SCCU accounts or between a SCCU account and an account at another financial institution:
- To transfer between two SCCU Accounts; from the main accounts page, select "Transfers" from the top grey navigation bar. To choose which account you would like to transfer "From" select "Transfer From" and which account you would like to transfer "To" select "Transfer To".
- To make a transfer from SCCU to another financial institution; click on "External Account Transfers" and follow the prompts. Visit External Account Transfer for more detailed information.
Loan Payments
Before on EFFCU Online Banking, you made payments to your EFFCU loans by selecting "Account Transfer" in the top bar of the "Online Banking" page and selected the account you wanted to transfer your loan payment from, and then the account you wanted to transfer your loan payment to, by using the drop down boxes and making your payment.
Now on SCCU Online Banking, you can make your loan payments online by clicking the [Make Payment Now] link in the middle of the "Accounts" page. Once you click the link, you will need to choose which account you would like to transfer "From" by selecting the "Transfer From" and which loan you would like to transfer "To" by selecting "Transfer To."
