Attention: Members with a MasterCard® Credit Card from Eastern Financial

After the upcoming systems conversion is completed on Monday, May 3, 2010, there will be changes to how and where you will be able to access information about your MasterCard® credit card, including limitations regarding the ability of credit union employees to view card information on your behalf.

The good news is that these changes are temporary. Within a short time after conversion, your credit card information will be completely integrated with your other Space Coast Credit Union account information - no more separate statements or limited information in Online Banking! This change is currently scheduled to take place towards the end of July 2010. You will receive further communications prior to that change taking place.

This chart outlines what is changing, and what will remain the same, beginning on May 3, 2010:

  • No payments can be posted at branches.
  • You can continue to mail in payments to the address shown on your statement as you do now (allow 5-7 days for payments to post).
  • You may call the MasterCard Credit Card Customer Service System at 866-839-3409 and follow the prompts to pay by phone ($5 fee applies).
  • Access www.ezcardinfo.com from the credit card section on SCCU.com to make payments.
  • Use SCCU Online Banking to set up EFFCU MasterCard as a payee within Bill Payer using your most recent statement (allow 5-7 days for payments to post).
Credit Union Employee Ability to View Your Account Yes Space Coast Credit Union Branch personnel will not be able to view your account on your behalf. If you have any questions related to payments or balances, call the MasterCard Credit Card Customer Service System at 866-839-3409.
CALL-24 Bank by Phone Access and Online Banking Access Yes You will not be able to access your card information using either of these services.
Viewing Your Account Online Yes

You will not be able to view your account online through Space Coast Credit Union Online Banking. However, you may view your account at www.ezcardinfo.com.

The first time you log on, follow the directions to create a user account using your credit card number.

Changing Your Credit Card Program Yes Call Express Services using the phone number for your geographic area if you want to apply for a card program that is different from your current program (i.e., if you want to inquire about a lower rate, would like to increase your credit limit, and other similar changes).
