2Way Text Fraud Alerts for SCCU Visa® Card
With SCCU fraud monitoring, keeping your card safe is as easy as sending a text.
This extra layer of card protection is automatic and FREE to SCCU card holders!
You will automatically be enrolled into this new fraud service at no additional cost and can un-enroll at any time by reply texting "STOP" when you receive an alert from us.
How It Works:
Whenever we detect unusual activity on your SCCU Visa® debit or credit card and we have your cell number we will send you a text message alert.*
When you receive the text alert, reply to confirm or deny the purchase in question.
If it's fraud, you will receive a text message with a number to call to follow-up and we will automatically block your card to prevent fraudulent activity. If not, you can continue to use your card as normal.
*We will never request card or account information via text, phone, or email.
To get started, ensure that your cell number and email are current so that we can reach you quickly if we suspect fraudulent activity. There are 3 ways to do this:
