Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add an additional signer to my business account(s)?

To add an authorized signer to your business account, please visit your nearest SCCU branch. You will typically need to bring the new signer, valid identification for all parties, and updated business documentation (such as meeting minutes or a corporate resolution) authorizing the addition.

Can I give other people, such as an office manager or bookkeeper, access to my business accounts?

Yes. With Business Online Banking, you can manage user permissions to grant specific access levels to office managers, accountants, or other employees without giving them full control or ownership of the account. Log in to Business Online Banking to manage these settings.

How do I set up an automatic recurring loan payment?

You can easily set up automatic recurring payments within Online Banking. Simply navigate to the Transfers & Payments section, select your funding account and your business loan, and choose the "Recurring" option to schedule your payments.
