Space Coast Credit Union is proud to announce an updated online and mobile banking experience with additional features is now available! Our new website, online banking, and mobile app feature a modernized layout, improved navigation, and upgraded design to improve your SCCU banking experience.

You talked, and we listened! Our new online and mobile banking app provides quick and easy access to the most frequently used features. Here are a few improvements that were added for your convenience.

Fast Balances - Sometimes, you just want to quickly check your balances. For this reason, we've developed a revised "Fast Balance" feature on our mobile app. Once enrolled, you can click the "Fast Balance" button on the login page for a quick view of your balance without logging in.

Mobile App Live Chat - If you need assistance, you can now chat immediately with a dedicated Member Services Representative right from our app! Just use the new Live Chat icon. Examples of inquiries you can ask include requesting a password reset, how to make a transfer online or how to deposit a check with the app. Or, you can send us a secure message with your inquiry. We value your time and want to provide a variety of options to contact us for your convenience.

Loan Payments - Paying your SCCU loans isn't always the most fun thing to do with your money, but with the new online banking experience, it's easier than ever! All payment options are located under the new Pay My SCCU Loan feature. From there you can effortlessly make loan payment(s) from your SCCU account or even transfer funds using a checking account or debit card from another bank.

PopMoney - This isn't a new feature, but we have added a direct link on our mobile app so it is easier to find. With PopMoney, you can send money to family or friends right from your mobile device! All you need to know is the mobile phone number or email address. The best part? It's a free service.

Fingerprint/Face ID - At SCCU, keeping our members' information secure is one of our top priorities. With the biometric login now available for Android, all mobile app users will benefit from the convenience and security of accessing the mobile app with your fingerprint or face ID. We already offered this feature on Apple devices. Be sure to enroll today under Settings in the mobile app!

In addition to the new digital banking experience improvements, there are still plenty of features that we offer today for your security and convenience! SCCU members can deposit checks, set up real-time transaction alerts, and track spending with online budgeting tools.

To complement our updated mobile app experience, we also encourage our members to download the CardValet® app by Fiserv, which allows members to control and monitor card usage. It's an added value for our members and can provide an added layer of protection for your accounts. To learn more about the app, visit SCCU.com/CardValet.

Please ensure you are enrolled in online banking to take advantage of the new and improved digital banking experience by visiting our website at SCCU.com. Mobile users can download the SCCU app in the App Store and in Google Play. If you already have the app downloaded on your mobile device, you may need to manually update it if you don't have automatic updates in place.
